RELAX......and enjoy 60 minutes of pure Bliss, as the tones and frequencies of the Drum; Rattles; Chime Pipes; Tuning Forks; Singing Bowl and Voice, wrap you up in a cocoon of sound.......
Let it wash over you, and through you, taking you on a wonderful journey to renewed balance!
Please bring all that you need for your comfort, in lying on the floor i.e: mat, blanket, eye mask, pillows etc - anything for your own comfort - and a bottle of water. (Anyone with mobility issues - please contact me).
